Products
Incotec products are developed with a key focus on enhancing the function of the fastening systems they are applied to — comprised of the highest quality materials and rigorously tested for consistent quality and performance.
Innovation at Every Application
Keeping up on the latest advances in specialty additives and technology, the Incotec R&D Department is constantly experimenting with new materials that push the envelope in anti-corrosion, anti-galling, wear resistance, load carrying capacity, chemical resistance, conductivity, and barrier protection.

Alumi-Tec Coatings
Incotec 8-G®
Designed to meet BMS 10-85 & NAS 4006 without chromates. Applicable to internally and externally threaded products. Establishes a unique balance of low insertion force while maintaining strong topcoat adhesion properties.
−90°F to 500°F (−67°C to 260°C)
Incotec 9®
Qualified for use on titanium and CRES substrates. Available in multiple colors for identification — adding color saves capital and is more effective than dyeing ends.
−90°F to 500°F (−67°C to 260°C)
Pro-Tec
An aluminum-pigmented coating with high corrosion inhibiting properties that outperforms traditional aluminum coatings in salt spray testing.
−90°F to 500°F (−67°C to 260°C)
Incotec 9P®
The first aluminum-pigmented coating qualified to Dassault Aviation DGQT 1.8.0.0077 (1994). Demonstrates extremely low installation force values and is more conductive than traditional aluminum coatings.
−90°F to 500°F (−67°C to 260°C)
Moly-Tec Coatings
Tec-Lube
A dry-film lubricant providing exceptional wear life, load carrying capacity, and adhesion. On the Falex machine, Tec-Lube outperforms most leading aerospace equivalents and is the product of choice of many leading aerospace manufacturers.
−90°F to 500°F (−67°C to 260°C)
HTL
A water-based, hi-temp, dry-film lubricant capable of working up to 1400°F (760°C).
−90°F to 1400°F (−67°C to 760°C)
Tec-Forge
A water-based dry-film lubricant used as forging lube to prolong the life of dies. Currently used in many fastener-manufacturing facilities worldwide. Safe, environmentally friendly, and easy to apply.
−90°F to 1400°F (−67°C to 760°C)
Oxy-Lube E
Designed for use on oxygen, potable water and hydraulic fittings. An exclusive pigment-to-volume ratio provides exceptional anti-galling with effective corrosion barrier protection and minimal coating transfer.
−90°F to 600°F (−67°C to 315°C)
Multi-Kote
Utilizing a synergistic combination of PTFE and other proprietary advanced ingredients, Multi-Kote provides extremely low friction at medium to low pressure applications where run cycles in excess of 1,000 times are needed.
−90°F to 600°F (−67°C to 315°C)
CFL-23
Designed for internally threaded products or anywhere consistent friction across multiple re-use cycles is required. Delivers excellent topcoat adhesion and sealant peel properties.
−90°F to 600°F (−67°C to 315°C)
Color-Tec Coatings
AMS-Std-595 Colors
Color-matched coatings available in a range of AMS-Std-595 colors. All maintain excellent adhesion and corrosion properties.
−90°F to 600°F (−67°C to 315°C)
Incotec Gun-Kote (Various Colors)
Formulated for use on weapons systems and engine cylinders. Properties include wear resistance, excellent cohesive tensile strength, and excellent aesthetics.
−90°F to 600°F (−67°C to 315°C)
Gasket-Tec Coatings
Rivet-Kote®
Applied to blind and solid rivet bodies, Rivet-Kote acts as a gasket to seal voids from offhand drilling. Proven to outperform wet-installation on all levels. Available in green and silver; both contain no chromates.
Benefits over wet-installation: no environmental clean-up, lower safety equipment costs, and lower labor costs.
