Yes, our coatings are engineered to become an integral part of the metal surface. The coating is a permanent metal treatment for enduring performance in the most demanding applications.
The amount of coating applied depends on your application. Most coatings are applied between .0002″ and .0005″. However, Incotec can apply coatings as thin as .0001″ or as thick as .003″ depending on your application needs.
Annro 1012 refers to titanium surface pre-treatment with Annro 101 & Annro 102. Annro 101 is used as the surface cleaner and Annro 102 is used as the surface etcher, allowing for enhanced adhesion on titanium substrates.
Incotec 9, approved to BMS 10-85, is available in a variety of colors such as blue, green, pink, and silver.
