A: Yes, we can. Our engineers can assist you in developing and testing the right coating for your specific application and providing it on an exclusive basis with the utmost confidentiality.

Q: Will the coating stay on?

A: Yes, our coatings are engineered to become an integral part of the metal surface. The coating is a permanent metal treatment for enduring performance in the most demanding applications.

Q: How thin or thick can the coatings be applied?

A: The amount of coating applied depends on your application. Most coatings are applied between .0002” and .0005”. However, Incotec can apply coatings as thin as .0001” or as thick as .003” depending on your application needs.

Q: What is Annro 1012?

A: Annro 1012 refers to titanium surface pre-treatment with Annro 101 & Annro 102. Annro 101 is used as the surface cleaner and Annro 102 is used as the surface etcher, allowing for enhanced adhesion on titanium substrates.

Q: What colors are Incotec 9 available in?

A: Incotec 9 approved to BMS 10-85, is available in a variety of colors such as blue, green, pink, and silver.

Q: Can the coating be removed?

A: Yes, all coatings that we process can be safely removed.

Q: Can coated parts be machined?

A: Yes, machining and other secondary operations can be performed after the coating is applied.
